Life in Ashram

Now it's 2 weeks since we came to Ashram. I'm doing Yoga Teacher Treining Course, M is helping in Ashram and kids... they just having great time here😃
Kids got used to an Indian kitchen- it was my bigest worry- how they'll accept totally different kitchen then mine. But it's ok😃 Here we have huge difference of wegetables and fruits mostly from the Ashram garden🌱 And that is what my kids love to eat the most😃
My course is very intensive. We start at 5:30 am each day, and finish at 9:00 pm. We have Anatomy, Ajurveda, Philosophy, Yoga Sutram and some more theory classes. And of course yoga practice classes. We practice 2.5 hours in the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon. These are highly difficult and exhausting hours. I love it😃 When the day ends we're only dreaming about going to bed and resting. All of us- kids are so tired after whole day under blue sky that I finally don't have to repeat: 'Don' t talk, sleep'.
Our time in here is even harder, because we need (and want even more) to find time for our kids. We need to play with them, to work with them (school and preschool work) and to only pay them attention they need so much. We can't be egoists, they need us and we need them🙂 As a matter of fact we need each other as well.
I think it's a good school - for all of us. 🕉️
