To be Fit...


To be FIT it's so trendy! 😂
Of course it's good, but you need to be 'fit' really not only in the internet! And that's harder... isn't it!?
It's hard to chose to practise instead of watching TV, to prepare something fresh for lunch instead of eating fastfood... It's so hard to eat healthy and live healthy instead of live fast.
Yoga is our escape from that world, from this crazy run, from this crazy ideas😀

Unfortunately nothing can be done without work. I often hear voices that people can't see results of practising yoga. But it doesn't suprise me! If someone practise only one hour a week and not every week he/she can't see a progres. 
You won't lose weith eating healthy only one day a week. You won't improve your beckbend training it only from time to time!
Now my goal is split pose 'Hanumanasana' and M's goal is scorpio 'Vrishchikasana'. So in our daily practise we put asanas to improve our flexibility.
