To be Fit...

To be FIT it's so trendy! 😂 Of course it's good, but you need to be 'fit' really not only in the internet! And that's harder... isn't it!? It's hard to chose to practise instead of watching TV, to prepare something fresh for lunch instead of eating fastfood... It's so hard to eat healthy and live healthy instead of live fast. Yoga is our escape from that world, from this crazy run, from this crazy ideas😀 Unfortunately nothing can be done without work. I often hear voices that people can't see results of practising yoga. But it doesn't suprise me! If someone practise only one hour a week and not every week he/she can't see a progres.  You won't lose weith eating healthy only one day a week. You won't improve your beckbend training it only from time to time! Now my goal is split pose 'Hanumanasana' and M' s goal is scorpio 'Vrishchikasana'. Good news!

I'm so so happy! I'm so excited😃 I just want to tell everyone!!! We are going to India 💗 We are going to India for whole 2 months! Last week was so busy - we both where so engaged in organising this journey, that now I have a huge headache☹️ Well, it was worth😃 It's not the end of our preparations. It's still a lot to do. But now, when we have plane tickets we can calm down a little🕉️ But before we can go to India, we need to face a big thing- Christmas fever😂 It will be hard 3 weeks, but I'm so excited😃 Meanwhile yoga practice is the best way to calm body and mind.

Hard day at work

Everage work day People who want everything for right now. Sad people runnig ahead, without noticing anything around them... I've got enough of this. I don't want to be one of this people! Well, western civilization... So after work we're closing door to all of this and trying to be... just kids , playing and laughing Yoga helps us to take off all nervers, tension and stress that we took on our self during the work day. Yoga is our escape In the day like this it's worth to put inwersion poses in the practice, because they reverses the effect of gravity in blood flow on the body. Thanks to that inversion poses revitalize entire body and mind, relieves anxiety and other psychological disturbances .  Now my favourite inverted poses is Sirshasana.  But when I started to learn it, nearly one year ago, it was very hard and exhausting for me. I was so sweating and I couldn't stand more than few seconds...I fallen down so many times... trying for long time to ...

Hi, so nice of you to look in We'd like to take you to the journey to our world. Im Nat, he is M  and those two are our bigbigbig happiness We are as normal as you can imagine. If you would meet us on the street you wouldn't even notice us. Maybe we are neighbours, maybe we meet doing daily shopping, maybe we pass each other on our way to work... or maybe not... We can be rich or poor, young or old, black or white... Just an average people you can meet on the street in every corner of the world.  One day we woke up and realise that we become strangers to each other. We where friends once, we had so much common plans and dreams... But we have lost it all!  We where so focused on our work that we forgot to live. We forgot that we love each other.
