Dreams can come true...

Obraz
If you really belive (and work hard too) your dreams can come true💕 I love summer🌄 But this years summer passed like a torpedo🚀 and was exhausting!  This year we made a decision to fulfil our big dream... Dream of living close to nature, away from the noises of the city, of the crowded streets... Unfortunately like they say: 'nothing comes easy' ... We both have fulltime job and we have kids that needs us and our attention. What's more summer means school break and the weather that encourage to spend time outside in nature... But homeworks don't want to do them self while we relax😜 But we made it🤩 We moved to the countryside and opened our own Yoga Studio🕉️ Removal was a real big thing! We needed to face so many problems and obstacles but at last everything went good🙂 There's still lots of work ahead but slowly our life is going back to normal. I'm so thankfull for our kids, because they where great - so patient and helpfull. I know ...

Our Yoga Retreat

Obraz
It's so nice to disconect for a while. It's so nice to don't need to check e-mail, answer the phone, or even check the hour😀 It's so nice to don't need anything!!! The life goes with a breakneck speed, it's exhausting to keep up. That is why from time to time we need a reset! This weekend was a real reset😀 We went to the village - it wasn't even a village after all, just a little farm in the forest. Only one little house (one family living in it), chicken, cats and... what more?... Only trees, flowers and birds 💗 It was a place where kids could do whatever they want to. Every day they woke up very early and went out to help farmer and play with animals. It was very cold but it was no obstacle for my kids- they were so happy to go out and play and work outside 😀 For us it was a time to do yoga and meditation, to do cleaning rituals, to slow down, to do things we have no time to do in normal state. To focus on ourself, to focus on o...

Last day of our India journey

Obraz
It's 61-st day (and the last day) of our India journey. Now we're on the train talking about our feelings and thoughts about India.  I'm so impressed about how mature and wise observations my kids made. I'm so proud of them. They tried many things for the first time in their lifes, some of them they liked and some they didn't😂 This journey wasn't easy (even for an adult) but they where so open and patient.  They didn't complain about lack of some things they used to have at home or lack of contact with friends (big time differece and not common internet connection). Instead they tried to make new friends wherever and whenever they could😃 We had some unexpected surprises (not always nice) that made us to change our plans in an instant. We met some people that were so nice and helpfull (and we won't forget them🙏🏻) and some that just wanted to use us (we forgive and forgot). We won't call India piece of heaven but we had a g...

To feel free...

Obraz
After month in Ashram we decided to make our self free for few days 😃  So we took our time lazy... sun bathig, playin in see, wandering along the narrow streets of Kovalam,  trying specials of Kerala kitchen, discovering the hospitality and kindness of people here. Well it was very good time😃 Time for family, time to be together, time to be more than partners, to become friends💗 It's worth to use moments like this to listen what others have to say and to know them better... Days passes so quickly that in this crazy run we often forgeting (or maby we have no time) to listen to each other☹️ So from time to time let's stop for a moment to... just be together 💗

Path that led us to India

Obraz
You are going on vacation, for so long? Why with kids? It's no place for kids? Aren't you affraid? Some people asked us! Well you can name it vacation, you can name us mental. It's OK, you can think what you want. But it's not truth. So what is the truth? It would be much easier (and cheaper) for us if  only I would go to India to do the Yoga Teacher Training Course. Last year (yeah, it's a whole year- I don't know when it passed! )  M went all alone. Then we thought it's a good solution. But how we where wrong! It didn't do any good to us. On the contrary our family stood on the edge of falling apart. We've got completely lost! So after whole year of trying to build up our family we decided that we need drastic metods! 🙂  It wasn't about doing YTTC, but the course was the best oportunity to live simple life in Ashram. We all needed this - kids, M and me. We all needed the break of this crazy life. We all needed to calm...

Life in Ashram

Obraz
Now it's 2 weeks since we came to Ashram. I'm doing Yoga Teacher Treining Course, M is helping in Ashram and kids... they just having great time here😃 Kids got used to an Indian kitchen- it was my bigest worry- how they'll accept totally different kitchen then mine. But it's ok😃 Here we have huge difference of wegetables and fruits mostly from the Ashram garden🌱 And that is what my kids love to eat the most😃 My course is very intensive. We start at 5:30 am each day, and finish at 9:00 pm. We have Anatomy, Ajurveda, Philosophy, Yoga Sutram and some more theory classes. And of course yoga practice classes. We practice 2.5 hours in the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon. These are highly difficult and exhausting hours. I love it😃 When the day ends we're only dreaming about going to bed and resting. All of us- kids are so tired after whole day under blue sky that I finally don't have to repeat: 'Don' t talk, sleep'. Our time in h...
